The challenge
The client had a July retail-launch window in India for 8 product SKUs. Prior BIS filings by other advisors had averaged 90+ days with material re-submissions — creating unacceptable launch risk.
What we did
We put a single senior officer on the mandate, prepared a technically bullet-proof file on day one, and pre-cleared 3 anticipated observations before the factory audit. The audit itself was choreographed rather than reactive.
